This is the personal blog for Wayne Keith Walrath, developer of Software for Java, FileMaker Pro and PHP, operating as Acme Technologies since 1995. Graduate from Indiana University - Bloomington, I’ve lived over the years in Indiana, Michigan, Alaska, Connecticut, Germany, and now residing in the Catskill mountains outside of Woodstock, NY. During the four years in Germany I worked at an Artificial Intelligence Research Institute (FAW) and later for Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty in Munich. While living in Homer, Alaska I worked a commercial fishing boat named the “Granite Sea” (we called her the floating tombstone) going out for halibut, dungeness crab and shrimp.
